Common Questions

See some common questions and answers below, or call us at 731-635-6000
  • What are your business hours?

We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

  • Where is your office?

We are located at 313 Cleveland Street in Ripley, Tennessee.

  • What insurances do you accept?

We gladly accept Tenncare and most commercial insurance plans, including CIGNA, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and many others.    If you have questions about whether your insurance is accepted, call us at (731)635-6000

  • Do I need an appointment?

Same day appointments are available.  However, in these situations, your time may be limited to only your most urgent issue.  To make sure that we have time to cover all of your needs we prefer that you make an appointment when possible.

  • Can you refill my prescription?

Some prescriptions may be refilled without issue with 48 business hours notice.  However, please understand this is not always the case.  For any new prescription requests, including antibiotics, you will need to be seen by a provider.  Also, in many cases, for current prescriptions you may need to be seen for reevaluation before it can be considered for refill.

  • What if my insurance does not pay?

We are happy to bill your insurance company for you.  However, if insurance does not cover the visit, then as with any clinic, the patient is directly responsible for any remaining balance that insurance will not cover.  Insurance copays are due and respectfully requested at the time of service.  For billing purposes, please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance.

  • What should I bring with me on my first visit?

On your first appointment please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.  Also, please bring your photo ID and insurance card so that we may scan the information for your patient file.  If you take medication, please bring those with you in their original bottles.

To save time, you may download the new patient forms directly from our website, fill them out and bring them with you on your first visit.

  • Can I obtain a copy of my medical records?

Yes.  Please call (731)635-6000 for information on obtaining your medical records.
